Niebla Relatos (“the Service”) helps creators produce original mystery and cryptid storytelling videos and publish them to platforms they authorize, including TikTok.
When you connect a TikTok account via OAuth, you authorize the Service to request scopes needed to identify your account and publish videos you explicitly approve. You may revoke access at any time in TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
You are responsible for the videos, captions, and metadata you publish. You must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, and Branded Content Policy where applicable. Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal content.
The Service is designed so creators review a preview and choose privacy, interaction, and commercial disclosure settings before any Direct Post to TikTok begins.
Use of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram remains subject to each platform’s own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs.
